BALKAN RECEIVERS HANDED IN RESIGNATIONS

The assignees in bankruptcy of Balkan Airlines Ralitsa Topcheiva and Vladimir Petkov handed in their resignations on October 5. Their adviser Todor nenov also resigned. The three categorically refused to name the reason for their surprising withdrawal. The resignations were demanded at a meeting with the Parliamentary Speaker Ognyan Gerdzhikov, 24 Hours Daily wrote. The assignees were susoended from their positions because of the suit filed by Zeevi in the Paris Arbitrary Court., according to unofficial sources. The assignees filed claims of BGN 45 M against Zeevi.
