BIOCHIM TO BE SOLD BY JANUARY`S END 2002

The Cabinet plans to sell Biochim bank by the end of January, 2002. Lyubomir Minchev will be the new Chairman of the Managing Board of Biochim bank, Pari Daily wrote. Minchev used to be Chief Executive officer of Global securities investment intermediary. According to the newspaper, Nikolay Kavardzhikliev will become CEO and member of the Managing Board of the bank. He used to work in Hebrosbank and DSK bank. The new Management Board is to be announced on October 4.
