The Bulgarian syndicates `Podkrepa` and the `Confederation of the Independent Syndicates in Bulgaria` will file a claim to the Higher Administrative Court for repeal of the Government`s decision to rise the heating, electricity and phone prices, `Dimitur Manolov, Vice President of Podkrepa announced at a joint press conference of the two syndicates. `Article 3 from the Labor Code gives the legal grounds to the Bulgarian syndicates to challenge the decision in Court,` Manolov added. The decisions of the government that influence the living standard of the population are to be made after consultations with the Social Partners, the syndicates commented. `Not only that the price increase was not discussed with the syndicates, but also the Cabinet does not propose any compensatory measures to assist the population,` Manolov added.
