TNT Bulgaria Defended Investor in People Standard for Next 3 Years

The Bulgarian branch of leading international business-to-business express carrier TNT successfully defended its international certificate Investor in People for the next three years.

Investor in People is a British quality standard in personnel management. It is based on 4 principles and 12 indicators, the execution of which leads to better achievements of the company as a result of the people's work there.

TNT Bulgaria, officially certified in September 2001, remains the only company in Bulgaria, which has such a certificate.

TNT Bulgaria continues to meet the requirements of the Investor in People standard, Leslie Ling, auditor at Investor in People, UK, points out in his report. It notes the improvement in defining company and individual goals for evaluation of the personnel.

The introduction of the Investor in People certificate increases the motivation of the personnel and establishes a policy for equal opportunities and healthy and safe working conditions through surveying the opinion of employees.

TNT Bulgaria was established on December 22, 1995. The company offers a wide range of express services and provides delivery of documents, parcels and cargo to and from more than 200 countries all over the world.
