Poland's Ambassador: Bulgarians Wait for Miracles to Happen

The general social attitude here is apathy and waiting for the miracles, Poland's Ambassador to Bulgaria H.E. Yaroslaw Lindenberg said in an exclusive interview for novinite.com.

Asked about the factors that gave impetus to Poland's economic progress, Ambassador Lindenberg underlined the Poles are very impatient and energetic.

We never accepted communism and we used the first opportunity to get rid of it, he said.

The Poland's Ambassador warned that emigration is not only sad but also potentially dangerous phenomenon, which will finally rob the country of working people to change life here for the better.

Ambassador Lindenberg expressed optimism over the future cooperation between Polish and Bulgarian soldiers and officers in Iraq, Still he conceded that technical, organizational and linguistic difficulties can be expected due to the fact that the division under the Polish command there will consist of troops coming from many countries from Europe, Asia and South America.
