The commander of the South-Eastern Europe Brigade (SEEBRIG) Gen. Andreas Kouzelis was decorated with a Bulgarian order before his departure. The headquarters of the multinational forces created by ten countries - participants and observers - will be moved from Bulgaria's second city Plovdiv to Romania. A special convoy will start the transfer to Romanian city Contanta on June 25. SEEBRIG includes forces and observers from the US, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Turkey, Slovenia, and Croatia.
