A Bulgarian delegation, headed by Energy Minister Milko Kovachev and Regional Development Minister Valentin Tserovski, will leave for Ankara next Monday to resume talks over the 1998 intergovernmental agreement power-for-infrastructure.
Negotiations, initially scheduled for May 29, were postponed over Thursday's vote in Bulgaria's Parliament on the non-confidence motion against the country's prime minister.
On April 21 Turkish Electricity Trade and Contracting Inc. TETAS announced it stops the power import from Bulgaria, claiming that the Bulgarian side has failed to meet its commitments regarding the implementation of two infrastructure projects.
