Turks Find Crashed Jet's Recorders

Investigators have recovered the flight recorders of a Ukrainian plane which crashed on a Turkish mountainside in thick fog, killing all 75 people on board. Turkish Defence Minister Vecdi Gonul, quoted by Anatolia news agency, said the voice and data flight recorders had been found. On board the plane were 62 Spanish peacekeepers returning from Afghanistan and 13 crew members, most of them Ukrainian. Turkish and Spanish experts are attempting to identify the charred remains of the victims of Monday's crash, which happened near Macka, south of the Black Sea resort of Trabzon.
