Thea is positioned as the perfect answer to the wardrobe dilemmas of the professional woman and the site is designed to reflect its Spring Summer catalogue and to stimulate online sales of the upmarket knitwear brand.

E-xentric was appointed to launch the Thea brand online following the success of its work for a sister brand, which over the last 4 years has seen on average a 20% increase in order value with online sales over traditional catalogue sales.

Thea Design was able to take advantage of e-xentric's expertise in e-commerce solutions, customization and integration with existing business processes. The chosen base platform was a heavily customized version of Intershop 4.2 as it directly met the need for a fully featured store and a fast deployment time.
