Bulgaria's rightist opposition party Union of Democratic Forces (UDF) tabled a non-confidence motion against Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg Thursday.

The motion was tabled a day earlier than expected. The decision for the non-confidence motion came after the meeting of the National Council of the party May 20.

The prime minister's lack of ability and willingness to cope with the problems of the country were outlined as some of the motives for non-confidence vote.
