On May 9th, 2003 Hilton Sofia celebrated its second anniversary with partners and friends. The Gala Reception started with champagne for a warm guest welcome.

An exciting video tape of Hilton Sofia was rolled at 20:00h and afterwards the guests were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel - Mr. Friedrich W. Niemann.

Later on the Book & Win Program, entitling Hilton Sofia's customers to a prize each time the designated number of room nights is materialized, was presented. The Book & Win rewards vary from a fancy cake to a weekend in Prague. The new "Let's Meet" concept was launched as well. It comprises a memorable way of holding a successful event right from the beginning - and through to the very end.

The guests enjoyed the culinary temptations prepared especially for them by the Executive Chef of Hilton Sofia, Andre Tokev, such as smoked salmon tartar with caviar, crosttini with anchovies on ratatouille salad, goose liver with pear and anis flavour, Thai carpaccio on sesame rolls, pork yakitori with honey Soya sauce and for dessert they tried various pastry temptations.

The "Strings" band took care of the pleasant atmosphere and entertainment of the guests.

The highlight of the evening was the raffle and some of our guests had the opportunity to win a Health Club membership for 1 month, a Sunday brunch, a barbeque dinner for four, a weekend for two at the Presidential Suite of Hilton Sofia, a weekend in Cologne, as well as many other raffle prizes.
