Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg will personally take care of the organization of the finishing works on the Kyustendil dam. 70% of the dam is currently completed.

`Structural changes in all national services of the Interior Ministry will take place,` minister Georgi Petkanov told journalists. The office of the First Deputy Director will no longer exist. All national services will have two deputy directors, Petkanov explained.

The International Monetary Fund required the Bulgarian government to appoint a Chief Negotiator to lead the negotiations, the Economy Ministry announced.

Carriers protest against the detailed checks conducted on the Kulata checkpoint customs. Everything is being checked - fuels, agriculture products, industrial products, etc. Carriers claim they incur financial damages because of the time spent for customs checks.
