Seven children were saved by rescuers that have worked through the night to save the children trapped under the wreckages of a school dormitory after May 1 strong earth quake in Turkey.
A tremor of magnitude 6.4 centred near the city of Bingol in south-eastern Turkey at 0337 local time (0037 GMT) took place May 1.
The strong earthquake destroyed buildings and trapped many people in their homes as they slept.
More than 80children remain unaccounted for after the four-storey dormitory collapsed. Rescuers have not lost hope as voices continue to be heard. At least 69 children were rescued from under the wreckages May 1.
Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan promised an investigation as many blamed poor construction practices for the collapse of many buildings in the region.
More than 100 people are believed to be dead and over 450 have been injured across the affected by the earthquake region.
