Bulgaria Celebrates Easter

Bulgaria marked Easter on Sunday, after Patriarch Maxim served a solemn Easter liturgy at the St Nedelya Church in Sofia. The service in the night to Sunday was attended by President Parvanov, a ceremony broadcasted by the National Television.

During the Easter holidays Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg was in Gotse Delchev, in whose square multitude of thousands of people gathered with lit candles.
