BALKAN TOWNS MEETING IN NESSEBUR

`Let`s not put barriers and walls but build bridges for a better future,` were the welcoming words of Vice President Todor Kavaldjiev to the participants at the meeting of cities with cultural and historical heritage from the Southeastern region: The meeting started on September 19 in Nesebur. Representatives of Safran bolu (Turkey), Kotor (Montenegro), Rhodos (Greece), Ohrid (Macedonia) and Nesebur participated. The unique meeting was initiated by the hosts. Ideas and new strategies on how to raise money for the preservation of the cultural monuments in the above 5 cities will be exchanged. At the end of the forum, a document on cooperation for the preservation of world heritage will be adopted.
