Hilton Sofia Turns into Italian Food Festival Venue for Week

From March 31st until April 5th Seasons Restaurant at Hilton Sofia will be the venue for an Italian food festival with a vast buffet selection from delicious antipasti through tempting meat and seafood dishes to fantastic desserts as well as an attractive a la carte menue.
Italy's incredible cuisine and the specialties of the different regions will be prepared by the Italian guest chef from Tuscany, Emanuele Mugnaini, every evening.
The gourmet Italian food, served buffet and a la carte, can be experience for a total of BGN 44.00 per person.
A number of delicious dishes are on offer among the a la carte suggestions- fettuccine with wild boar ragout, peppercorn flavoured beef fillet with salad Tricolore and chips of Parmesan cheese, sole fillet alla Mugnaia with spinach, zucchini and pachino tomatoes as well as Tiramisu cake with mascarpone cream and espresso coffee sauce.
Guest Chef Emanuele Mugnaini will also prepare a surprising buffet offering an excellent selection of appetizers, fresh pasta, risotto, tempting meat and fish dishes and delicious desserts.
In the remainder of the year other festivals like a Hungarian, American or Turkish festival are planned at Seasons Restaurant, combining fine international cuisine, elegant surroundings, warm hospitality and an excellent selection of Bulgarian and international wines.
