Todor Deyanov, father of Sevastin, missing from 1997, starts a demonstrative 4 day hunger strike from September 19 in front of the Presidency building. His protest aims at the establishment of the rights, set in the UN Convention for Children`s Rights. After numerous attempts to understand what is his child`s fate, Deyanov decided to fight for the practical establishment of the Convention clauses, Info Radio reported.
