Bulgaria extends the emergency epidemic situation until August 31, 2021.
The ministry has extended the emergency epidemiological situation until the end of September, the Council of Ministers told NOVA. This was decided at the regular meeting of the Council of Ministers, which took place online.
The proposal for the extension came from the Minister of Health Prof. Kostadin Angelov during his visit to Varna. He presented a report to ministers today.
The Minister of Health announced that the information that the masks will be mandatory in the open areas is not true. At this stage, no new restrictive measures against the infection are envisaged.
