Inflation in Bulgaria recorded a slight uptick in May 2025

The 34th night of anti-government protests passed without serious tension. People gathered again in the "Triangle of Power" around 7 p.m. This time, the Council of Ministers building was bombarded with tomatoes and green balls of paint.
Protests continue in other cities in the country. In Varna, the dissatisfied with the government gathered for another evening and marched along the main boulevards of the city.
The tent camp at the crossroads in front of the municipality remains.
