The Bulgarian Dragomir Kolev from Pleven came out safe after the terrorist assaults in New York because he was late for work, the Pleven newspaper `Posoki` wrote, quoted by Info Radio. The Bulgarian worked in a New York bank, situated opposite the World Trade Center buildings. The debris from the attacked skyscrapers destroyed the building of the bank where the Bulgarian worked. He was late for the first time in his career and that turned out to be his lucky day, the newspaper wrote.
