The Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar met during his brief visit to Bulgaria Prime Minister Saxe-Coburg. The Spanish Prime Minister appealed for broad international coalition against terrorism. `If a country does not join the coalition, it should be responsible for its decision,` the Spanish Prime Minister said. As part of the coalition initiative Aznar has had meetings with almost all European prime ministers and the Turkish premier. `We interpret the US attack as attack against the humanity` Aznar said after the meeting with the Bulgarian Prime Minister. According to Saxe-Coburg in this situation the defense of all human values should be considered. `We have to show our solidarity now,` Saxe-Coburg stated.
