`There is no concrete threat for Bulgaria after the US terrorist attacks,` Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg told journalists. There is nothing worrying at the moment and panics should not be created with ungrounded information, he also commented. Saxe-Coburg invited children from the Sofia school `Marin Drinov` in the Cabinet on the occasion of the first school year day. `Bulgaria is not in a war but it is ready to help, `Defense Minister Nikolay Svinarov said as a comment to an interview of the Exterior Minister Solomon Passy. Minister Passy said in an interview for 24 Hours Daily that ` the civilization is fighting against terror` and Bulgaria is `part of the civilization.` A statement that Bulgaria is in war can be a description on behalf of a diplomat but it cannot be stated by a Defense Minister, Svinarov commented the interview with the foreign minister. `The United States have not demanded military support as a response to the terrorist attacks so far, ` Svinarov told journalists, quoted by Dnevnik Daily. After a detailed procedure, Bulgaria might help with military means in case that it is demanded. Svinarov also said that he hopes that the Cabinet will decide on the modernization of MIG 29 airplanes on September 20.
