GERGYOVDEN AND VMRO PROPOSE BALKAN SUMMIT SET UP

Bulgaria should initiate a Balkan summit that will determine the regional common politics on the struggle against terrorism, the leaders of Gergyovden and VMRO said that at a press conference on September 16 . According to Gergyovden-VMRO, the forum of the Balkan states should state that the Balkan countries have no territorial claims to each other. Dilov and Karakachanov are in favor of setting up a common Balkan anti-terrorist unit. Gergyovden and VMRO leaders Lyuben Dilov Jr. and Krassimir Karakachanov, respectively, also insisted that a public debate is held on the priorities in Bulgaria` s national security, and that the government quickly works out a programme against organized crime and possible terrorist attacks.
