Bulgarian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Elena Poptodorova said that setting up a big international coalition is one of the measures in the fight against terrorism that should be discussed. `Terrorism has no nationality or religion, and perhaps the measure that should be considered is such a big international coalition,` Poptodorova added. `Not only a review of security needs to be made but new security-ensuring schemes and formats need to be worked out,` said the Foreign Ministry spokesperson. `We should consider the possibilities of fighting terrorism on a regional scale,` said she. One such possibility, in Poptodorova`s words, is Macedonian President Boris Trajkovski`s proposal to set up a regional pact against terrorism. `Both global and regional mechanisms are needed to fight terrorism.
