Ingredients: 10 peppers, 4 tomatoes, 4 small onions, 250 g bacon cut in large slices
How to cook: Wash and cut the vegetables in large pieces, with the exception of the peppers. Take wooden skewers and start alternating the above products on them, preserving the peppers intact. Roast over embers.
