Traditional and contemporary art from the Far East will be presented during the days of the Korean culture in Sofia. The forum will start with an exposition of works by modern Korean artists at the National Art Gallery. On September 20, 12 sculptures and 31 pictures by contemporary masters will be displayed there. Students and people who speak the language will compete in a literary contest for an essay with `Korea` as its topic. Tasting of traditional dishes from the East is an essential part of the forum. Demonstrations of Eastern marshal arts will take place on October 13. In the framework of the days of culture, foreign students, who are being trained in the Musical Academy in Sofia will perform a concert of Korean music. The film fans will have the opportunity to see the achievements of the contemporary Korean cinema in `Lumiere` Hall of the National Palace of Culture on October 18, 19 and 20.
