The second GSM operator in Bulgaria Globul will have network coverage in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna and Burgas, starting September 17. Globul representatives announced that it will sell its SIM cards for BGN 46, 80, the monthly fee will be BGN 14,40, one minute will cost BGN 0.46. All prices are with VAT included.
