This is the weather forecast of the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology, meteorologist Hristo Hristov told Focus News Agency. Moderate to strong wind from west-northwest will bring colder air. Maximum temperatures between 14-15°C in Northwest Bulgaria and 20-21°C in some places in the Upper Thracian Plain, in Sofia – about 14°C.
