Every time spring approaches, children in kindergartens sing songs, recite poems and exchange little presents. But the most ambitious parents send presents to the teachers themselves.

In one such kindergarten the children had organized a celebration and had brought lots of little packages to give to their pretty teachers.

Zhorko, who was a son of a flower seller, was the first to give his present to his pretty teacher.

She shook the box and smiled:

"I bet these are flowers! May be an orchid in a box! Am I right?"

"That's right, Miss! These are flowers!"

Then came the little Simonka, daughter of a seller of sweetmeat. Her present was also packed in a box with a pretty pink ribbon.

The teacher shook the box and said:

"These must be sweetmeat!"

"Yes, Miss!", the little girl sing-sang. "My daddy sends them to you..."

"Thank you!", the teacher said, blushed like a rose and took the box of Draginko, whose father sold perfumes.

"That must be a perfume", she said after she took a smell at the box.

"You are perfectly right, Miss!, Draginko said. "Mum wanted dad to give you something cheap, but he chose this one."

"Thank you", the Miss timidly said and turned to the other kid, who extended his arms to give her his present.

The kid's name was Ivancho, the son of the best-known spirits producer in the town.

The teacher took the box, shook it and felt some liquid on his fingers.

"That must be wine, isn't it?"

"No, this is not wine", Ivancho said.

The teacher made another guess.

"Well... may be this is whisky!"

The teacher licked some of the liquid and suggested that it is expensive champagne.

Ivancho once again said she was wrong.

Desperate and rather nervous, the teacher gave up the guesswork.

"Come on Ivancho, tell me what is in the box!"

"It is a little dog, Miss!", Ivancho said.
