The legislative priorities of the Simeon II National Movement /SNM/ are the amendments to the taxation acts, the bills related to the financial sector, social and health security and social support, the SNM parliamentary group chair, Plamen Panayotov, said.

The Internal Ministry plans building new computer networks in its divisions in the country, the ministry announced. This is aimed at improving the operation of the ministry.

The General Employment Directorate will start a campaign to check cases of illegal employment, with the assistance of the National Insurance Institute, the Interior Ministry, labor unions and employers associations. The fine for illegal employment stands at BGN 1,000 per person.

The Netherlands will finance the `Beautiful Dobrich` programme for refurbishing and repairing buildings of architectural and historic value. On September 20 the Dobrich municipality will sign a contract with the corresponding UN programme. The Dutch government will provide $300,000 for the project.

A strategy for reforms in the judicial system is being drafted, which raised a debate at the first session of the Higher Judicial Council after the summer holiday, said spokesman Sevdalin Mavrov.
