Educated Bulgarians Have Less Sex, Survey Shows

Educated Bulgarians have less frequently sex, a survey of polling agency MBMD shows.

The Bulgarians prefer long-lasting sexual relationships with one partner. The marriage partner of 63 percent of the men and 64 percent of the women is their regular sexual partner. Eleven percent of the men and seven percent of the women said that they lived like married with their constant sexual partner without marriage.

Thirteen percent of the men and women said that they had constant partner but did not live together. Seven percent of the men and three percent of the women answered that they have more than one constant sexual partner.

Three percent of all polled said that they didn't have constant sexual partner.

45,7 percent of the men and 33,6 percent of the women have sexual intercourse two or three days per week.

One quarter of the women from 30 to 34 and 27 percent of the women between 45 and 54 actually do not have sex life or rely on rare sexual intercourse.

The survey was ordered by the company Abbott laboratories, Mira Yanova, director of MBMD, announced. 500 men and 500 women, aged 30-55, were polled.
