The former president and CEO of Balkan Airlines, Zvi Frank, denied negotiations with Arabian investors for the sale of 75% of the Balkan airline shares. `It would be very good for Zeevi Group and for Bulgaria if there were such negotiations but believe me, they have not even approached us,` Frank said, quoted by Pari Daily. `If Zvi Frank denied the talks between Zeevi and Gulf Air, then probably this is so,` Balkan`s receiver Ralitsa Topchieva said. According to her a few options for participation in the Balkan airlines rehabilitation plan have been discussed with Emirates representatives but they are not at an advanced stage.
