A young man drowned in the lake in the forest park "Lipnik" near Rousse, police said in the Danube town.
The signal of his disappearance was around 3.50am. On-site staff were sent from the Rescue and Operations Division and a fire truck team.
An inspection was carried out. A diving team from Veliko Tarnovo was also called.
The body was discovered at noon. The case is investigated.
