Only eco-cars will have access to the center of Sofia, and air polluters will not be allowed to enter. This measure is according to a regulation of the transport ministry. Eco cars will feature a sticker and a built-in chip, which will be obtained with a successful technical inspection. This is clear from the response of the Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski to a parliamentary question about the measures for greener transport in the country, writes Monitor. The change will be recorded in the Ordinance on the periodic inspections for checking the technical condition of the vehicles on the idea of Sofia Municipality.
