Bulgaria: The Police Found the Body of a Missing Polish Tourist in Pomorie

The police found the body of the Polish tourists who disappeared at the beginning of July in Pomorie.

The body of the 41-year-old woman was found in a further search of wooded areas in the Pomorie area on Saturday morning.

The woman disappeared in early July.

The carcass, at an advanced stage of decomposition, was found in the Krotiria area. The woman hanged herself.

The police in the seaside city state that the description of the body and the outerwear corresponded to the data of the wanted tourist.

An inspection of the site was carried out in the presence of a forensic physician, with no evidence of violent death according to initial data. The body was taken to autopsy in "Forensic Medicine" at the UMHAT - Burgas. The Burgas Regional Prosecutor's Office was informed about the case.
