Bulgaria: Whole Block of Flats was Evacuated in Chepelare after Children's Play with Fire

Whole block of flats was evacuated in Chepelare because of a fire starting from a children's play.
 
The fire signal was received yesterday at about 4:00 pm and was reported as a burning boiler in a residential building located on Khan Asparuh Street, police report.
 
A team of local firemen was immediately sent to the site. It turned out to be a burning electric appliance that was left in a staircase on the fourth floor. The people in the block were evacuated and the fire extinguished.
 
Then it became clear that the fire had started after a child game where the box in which the boiler was placed was set on fire. There are no injured people.
