Bulgaria: A Cyclist Cut a Tire of an Ambulance in Sofia

A cyclist cut an ambulance tire in the capital because it was stopped at a bicycle lane. Emergency medics helped a 19-year-old boy's complicated condition due to a severe diabetes.

By law, special-mode vehicles have the right to stop at a such location, explained to Darik Katya Sungarska, spokesman for the Metropolitan Emergency Medical Center.

The cyclist, however, put an ultimatum on the doctors to immediately remove the vehicle. Once this did not happen, the cyclist took out a knife and cut one of the tires of the ambulance.
