Bulgaria: Half of the Bulgarians do not Plan a Holiday in the Summer

54% of Bulgarians do not plan to rest this summer. 44% plan for summer holidays. The others claim they are not yet sure, according to a survey by Gallup International, conducted jointly with the Tourism Board. It was conducted between April 13-17 and June 1-5 among 1,000 people.

55% of the respondents think they will be able to go to the Bulgarian coast. 36% are planning to go abroad to another sea coast. 26% of people planning a rest will go to the mountains in Bulgaria. The rest mention all forms of cultural, spa and other tourism.10 days is the average duration of the planned holiday. The average amount for these days, which is allocated to those who think they are going to rest, is 1557 lv. The Black Sea remains favourite destination.
