The tour of Anastacia, named after her latest album EVOLUTION, started a month ago in Europe and includes 38 stops. Unfortunately, Sofia will not be one of them because the concert scheduled for 1 July in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture is canceled due to health related problems to the organizer of the event. A new date is not yet foreseen.

All tickets purchased for the concert can be returned from Monday, June 11, through the partner network of Eventim. The amount will be refundable on the specific site from which the ticket was issued. Tickets purchased online and paid with a card can be sent or taken personally to the head office located on 6th September 58 in Sofia, and within 7 business days each customer will receive the full refund.

In the case of a bank transfer, the tickets are sent by post with a bank account number in order to be refunded, together with the name of the holder and a contact telephone number. The entire amount of purchased tickets is paid immediately upon return of the tickets to the headquarters of Eventim at the above mentioned address.
