Worker fell from the fourth floor of a construction site in the center of Kardzhali and died on the spot, Darik reported. A report of the incident was filed shortly after 11:00. The man cleaned the construction site on the 4th floor and fell.
The information was confirmed by the director of the Labor Inspectorate in Kardzhali, Angelina Babunska. "The man was in working clothes and a helmet, but when he dropped 10 meters there was no chance for him," Babunska said.
The site is currently closed. An investigation has been launched both by the Labor Inspectors and by the investigator. "We have to establish all the circumstances regarding the observation of safety and health at work, as it is by law," Babunska explained.
