IMANY with Two Big Concerts in Sofia and Plovdiv in June
Charming and talented pop-soul star IMANY returns to Bulgaria with her unique band. The French singer will make a spectacular show on June 10 at the Antique Theater in Plovdiv and on June 12 in Hall 1 of the National Palace of Culture. The velvet voice and the sincere presence of IMANY quickly and naturally turned her into a favorite of the audience not only in Bulgaria but also around the world. Proof of this is her fully sold out concerts and the platinum status that her first album, The Shape of a Broken Heart, has acquired in a number of European countries.
IMANY's music is both intimate and refreshing, and her magnetic presence infects and captivates in an extraordinary way. That's why her concerts become an amazing experience for millions of fans around the world. There is no doubt that every meeting with her Bulgarian fans leaves a deep trace on both sides - IMANY always sings in front of a crowded hall that is actively involved in the pleasure of meeting her and her music. It was this extraordinary warm and hearty welcome that turned Bulgarian fans of IMANY into her own weakness and her visits to Bulgaria - a small holiday and a favorite stop in her world tours.
The singer, whose roots bind her to the exotic Comoros, has been working for some time as a model in New York but for the joy of her audience she returns to her childhood dream and begins to deal more seriously with music in 2008. In her tracks she combines African island rhythms and creates her own unique style. Her creative nickname means "faith", "trust", "honesty". It is also her music - honest and full of optimism, interest in the world and noble causes.
The emblematic piece You Will Never Know has become an undisputed hit and has been on top of the charts for long, as well as the remix of Do not Be So Shy, which heads the charts in Austria, Germany, Poland and even Russia. Imany's last album - The Wrong Kind of War is also an outstanding success. Songs from the album, as well as other most beloved songs, will be awaiting the fans of the two shows in Plovdiv and Sofia on June 10th and 12th.
The event is organized by Keen Acts.
Access for children under 8 years of age is free of charge, but the child does not have the right to be alone.
