From 1 to 3 June, artists and innovators from all spheres of cultural life are gathering to change the appearance of the quarter of Kapana in Plovdiv.

Conceived as a carnival of creativity with 3 editions annually, for 4 years now the festival opens and presents authors, craftsmen and artists with unusual ideas and innovative projects in several main directions: Music, Dance, Crafts, Workshops and Exhibitions, Cinema, Literature , Theater, Attractions, Entertainment & Sports.

The main highlights in the program this season are:

The musical scenes, which will bring young and already established names in Bulgarian music. Stage Staropramen traditionally offers a special selection for fans of rock and alternative music, and the new "Voice of the Kapana" scene is dedicated to Bulgaria's young musical talents.

Bazar Kapana again introduces to the audience more than 120 modern craftsmen and their works, divided into 4 thematic areas: personal crafts, natural foods and beverages, urban fashion and gramophone record shop. The Urban Fashion Zone will feature selected Bulgarian brands such as WHAT A MONSTAR, Bare Hands Society and Snake Legend.

The literary zone of the summer edition will offer a program in which June 1 is dedicated to the children's book and will meet the youngest visitors with a number of Bulgarian authors. On June 3, the area will be open to the audience, which will tell its stories and win prizes. In the rest of the time, the area will be overwhelmed by talented poets, whose performances will go beyond standard literary reading.

Independet of cinema and theater, art installations and performances, exhibitions that will take place in a gigantic Kapana gallery, a sporting area devoted to a charity cause ... this and many more interesting things will be seen between June 1 and 3 this year in the art district of Plovdiv - Kapana.
