Privatization Agency starts selling the pearl of Bulgaria`s Southern Black Sea coast - Slanchev Briag (Sunny Beach). Starting from , in the following 10 days, a total of 14 hotels, 3 restaurants, 2 tennis courts and the laundry facilities of the complex are to be denationalized. The hotel complexes of `Pomorie`, `Europe` and `Phoenix`, as well as restaurants `Esperanto` and `Sirena` are among the most attractive sites. The greatest interest, however, arouses the laundry for it services the entire resort. The PA requires the highest price for the `Europe` complex - 7 million levs. The initial price at the bidding for the `Phoenix` amounts to 5.5 million levs. The lowest starting price of the sites offered for privatization is that of the tennis court `Sirena` - 470,000 levs.
