First Investment Bank received $20 M credit from USAID. The money will be used for loans to Bulgarian firms, working in the spheres of tourism, transport, industry and information technologies. The credits will be issued for period of one to seven years.

Umicore Pirdop Med will raise its capital by offering 11,540,256 ordinary registered book-entry shares with a par value of BGN 1 each and an issue value of BGN 14. Only the current shareholders can buy the new shares, a general shareholders` meeting decided. The collected funds will be used for financing the company`s investment programme.
