Governor Miller had a dinner with the former president in Las Vegas last week and Clinton expressed his willingness to come to Bulgaria again if his schedule allows him. `President Clinton has excellent memories of his only visit to Sofia in 1999 and he will come to open the business conference with great pleasure if it will be possible.`, Miller added. The Governor and his local partner Maxim Behar of M3 Communications Group, Inc. shared this news during their meeting with Bulgarian Prime Minister Simeon Saxe-Coburg last Friday.
