The National Programme for Energy Efficiency of Multi-family Residential Buildings has not been terminated.
Mayors have been informed to stop temporarily the signing of new contracts until Parliament adopts the budget for 2017 and confirms that the programme will continue, announced the Regional Development ministry after it became clear on Monday evening that the funds have been exhausted.
