Bulgaria: Bulgaria's Vitoshka St Ranks 52nd in Most Expensive High Streets Ranking BGNES

Bulgaria has risen 5 places in the ranking of the most expensive High Streets in the world prepared by consultancy company Cushman&Wakefield.

In 2016, Bulgaria occupies the 52nd position, compared to 57th in 2015.

The monthly rent in Vitoshka St ranges between EUR 44 and EUR 46 per sq m.

The first position remains occupied by Fifth Avenue in New York with annual rent of slightly over EUR 29,000 per sq m.

The second place is occupied by the leading trade district in Hong Kong with annual rent of EUR 27,884 per sq m.

Champs-Élysées ranks third with annual rent of EUR 13,255 per sq m.

The Top 10 includes the High Streets of London, Tokyo, Milan, Sydney, Seoul, Zurich and Vienna.
