Report about Obligatory Matriculation Exams Protests!

Letters to the Editor | December 29, 2002, Sunday // 00:00

Dear Editor In-Chief!

I think that you should report the students' protests that were first in the whole history of the Republic of Bulgaria against the improper reforms of the ministry of education and especially against the obligatory matriculation exams that were cancelled a while ago.

12 district cities took part in the protest actions, but you didn't report that for the readers of your wonderful on-line newspaper.

I like your edition very much and I think that you must continue to develop it independently but you have to report more and more events from the modern history
of Bulgaria. Thank you!

Yours sincerely,

Stoyan Monev - Chairman of the National Initiative
Committee for Clarity in Bulgarian Education
