What is Happening with the Land Handed Back to Inheritors?

Dear Sir,

My Bulgarian wife and I wish to thank you and all your talented staff for giving us Bulgarian News in 2002, both in Bulgaria and England.

We wish you all a very happy, prosperous and successful new year.

There are two items, which I have yet to solve, and up to now, haven't been able to find in your newspaper. 1. What is happening about the land handed back to inheritors, how are they going to cultivate it, is there any financial assistance available? Or will the foreigners eventually take all this land, at bargain prices? 2. I want to speak to the Bulgarian people when I am there. How can I learn the language at the advanced age of 79?
