Bulgaria: Voting Papers for Bulgaria's Elections Not Delivered in San Francisco, LA, Singapore BGNES

Bulgaria’s Foreign Ministry has assured that the voting papers for the second round of the presidential elections in San Francisco and Los Angeles will be delivered on time.

Earlier, the Central Election Commission (CEC) received information that the papers have been delayed due to the fault of a courier firm.

In Singapore, the ballots for the second round have also not been delivered due to a fault with a plane. CEC will scan the originals of the ballots and protocols and these, together with the signature of the chairman of CEC, will be sent to the section commission.

The ballots will be unpacked on the spot and voting will go ahead as planned.
